A truly unique celebration

We offer herbs and seasoning, fruits, vegetables (including root crops),

fowl, and ducks (Muscovy, Peking, and French Muscovy)

Our primary concerns are the health of the soil and of the ecosystems in which our crops and poultry are raised. We believe that a healthy environment is necessary to grow wholesome crops that benefit the longevity of our farm, our local community, and the lives of the consumers we serve. We strive to be efficient in our use of resources and not damage the environment. We sparingly use chemicals when needed, and otherwise follow guidelines for sustainable farming practices.

Our farm is located in an area dubbed by an early intern as “the sand forest”. Indeed, the soil here is primarily white sand and as a result, we face our share of challenges. Composting is an essential part of our practice. Our farming style uses minimum tillage and crop rotation without deforestation. Our birds are free-range and fed a diet of grass and grains in an ecologically sustainable and humane space.

We sell our products directly to the public via direct marketing channels. We also sell to local chefs searching for great tasting locally grown produce.
